kumboTerms of Use

In short: kumbo shows an estimate of what your gold, silver and currencies are worth, based on reference market prices. It isn't financial advice, and the price a dealer, jeweller or bank actually pays you can be different.
Using kumbo
By downloading or using kumbo you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard EULA, which also applies. If the two differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
Prices are estimates
Values in kumbo come from reference rates published by a third-party service and from what you enter. They may be delayed — currency rates are typically updated once per business day — and they don't include dealer buy/sell spreads, workmanship, taxes or fees. Coins and jewellery are valued by their pure gold or silver content. Always check a real quote before you buy or sell. We aren't responsible for losses that result from relying on values shown in the app, or for errors or interruptions in third-party price data.
Not financial advice
Nothing in kumbo is investment, tax or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Decisions about your money are yours.
Paid features
If kumbo offers paid features, for example as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
Your content
Everything you enter belongs to you and stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). kumbo isn't a record of ownership; keep your own receipts and certificates for what you hold.
Changes to the app and these terms
We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use kumbo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
kumbo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
